I heard just one track ( Samson ) and I was surprised. If I had not seen who was singing, I would have mistaken Warsha for some non-Indian ( Western ) singer.

I fully agree with you. The human elements doesn't seem to work, but the core beauty of the film is 'everyone' coming together (which still could have been better) and the spectacular movie you see. Visuals, fights, you name it. Toro's passion is really reflected in the film and this is something for all to see.

Good interview! I liked the video of the 'self-made' guitarist. Yes she has a lot of ideas and most of them "invented" by herself but based on freedom given. What I appreciate is her success in these ideas!! All the best Warshhhh.....For old times sake, here is a pix of her concert at a Thygaraja Festival (2003).
